性別と年齢層が「不明」ばかりになります

初期状態ではそうなります。iOS には年齢や性別を判定する公式の仕組みが無く、本アプリは判定できないものを「不明」と正直に記録する設計にしているためです。

内訳が必要な場合は、設定の「不明時の扱い」を「最も確からしい区分へ割り当てる」に変更してください。この場合、判定できなかった人は、判定できた人（確信度のしきい値を超えた人）の内訳に合わせて各区分へ振り分けられます。しきい値を超えやすいのは顔がよく写った人に偏るため、この内訳は実際の人口構成とは一致しません。振り分けはあくまで統計的な割り当てであり、測定値ではありません。該当する行には推定の印が付き、書き出したファイルでも実測値と分けて出力されます。報告書に載せる際は、必ず推定である旨を併記してください。

人数が実際と合いません

次の順に見直すと改善することが多いです。

• ラインの位置: 歩行者が必ず横切る位置に引いてください。ラインの端より外側を通った人は数えません（これは仕様です。画面端の無関係な通行人まで数えないため）
• カメラの高さと角度: 人が重なって見える角度では検出が落ちます。できるだけ高い位置から、歩行方向に対して横向きに構えてください
• 高精度モード: 遠くの小さな歩行者が写る場面では、設定の「高精度モード」を有効にすると拾いやすくなります。処理は重くなるので、ライブ計測ではフレームレートが下がります
• 逆光と夜間: 人物が影になると検出できません。露出を確認してください

ライブ計測の映像は保存されますか

保存されません。ライブ計測で残るのは、通過した時刻・方向・推定された属性といった数値と文字列だけです。人物が写った画像は一切保存されません。

Excel で開くと文字化けします

Excel 形式（.xlsx）でお使いください。CSV でも文字化けしないよう対策していますが、Excel の取り込み設定によっては影響を受けることがあります。

書き出しにも回数制限はありますか

ありません。無料でご利用いただける回数の対象は、解析の開始（ライブ計測の開始、動画1本の解析、写真バッチ1回）だけです。過去の結果の閲覧、グラフ、Excel・CSV の書き出しはいつでも無料です。

サブスクリプションを解約したい

iOS の「設定」→ 画面上部のお名前 →「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。アプリ内の設定画面からも同じ場所へ移動できます。解約は次回更新日から有効になり、それまではご利用いただけます。

写真の解析では方向が出ません

静止画には動きが無いため、通過方向を判定できません。写真の解析では、写っている人数と属性のみを集計します。

機種変更をしたらデータが消えました

調査データは端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには何も残りません。機種変更の前に、Excel または CSV へ書き出して控えを取ってください。

Gender and age are almost always "unknown"

That is the default behaviour. iOS provides no official way to determine age or gender, and the App is built to record honestly what it cannot determine.

If you need a breakdown, change "Unidentified handling" in Settings to "Assign to most likely bucket". Undetermined people are then allocated across buckets to match the mix among the people who could be determined — that is, those whose confidence cleared the threshold. Clearing that threshold is itself biased toward people whose faces were captured well, so this mix does not match the true composition of the people who passed. The allocation is a statistical assignment, not a measurement. Such rows are flagged as estimated and exported separately from measured values. Always say so when you put them in a report.

The count does not match what I observed

Check these in order.

• Line placement: draw it where pedestrians must cross. People passing beyond the ends of the line are not counted — that is deliberate, so unrelated passers-by at the edge of frame are excluded
• Camera height and angle: detection drops when people overlap. Mount as high as you can, looking across the direction of travel
• High-accuracy mode: for scenes with distant, small pedestrians, enable it in Settings. It costs more processing, so live frame rate drops
• Backlight and night: silhouetted people cannot be detected. Check your exposure

Is live video saved?

No. Live counting keeps only numbers and text: the time of each crossing, its direction, and the estimated attributes. No images of people are stored at all.

My export shows garbled characters in Excel

Use the Excel format (.xlsx). CSV output is prepared to avoid this too, but some Excel import settings can still affect it.

Is exporting limited as well?

No. The free allowance applies only to starting an analysis (a live count, one video, or one photo batch). Viewing past results, charts, and exporting to Excel or CSV are always free.

How do I cancel the subscription?

In iOS Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions. The App's Settings screen links to the same place. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date; access continues until then.

Photo analysis shows no direction

Still images have no motion, so direction cannot be determined. Photo analysis counts the people present and their attributes only.

I changed devices and my data is gone

Survey data lives only on your device and nothing is kept on our servers. Export to Excel or CSV before switching devices.
